Traders Salvat BC Hitter of the Week Monday, June 25th , 2085 It was some kind of week for Armando Salvat of the Lincoln Traders. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .500 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Beta Conference. Last week Salvat went 14-for-28, chalked up 2 home runs and 4 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. Thus far this season, Salvat is hitting .319 with 9 home runs, 27 RBIs and 43 runs scored. He has 81 hits in 254 at-bats and has played in 65 games. |
