BC Honors May's #1 Pitcher Saturday, June 1st , 2080 The #1 pitcher this past month in the Beta Conference was David Klontz of the Chugiak-Eagle River Chinooks. He worked the hitters over real good, finishing May with a superb 4-0 record and a 1.60 ERA. The Chinooks star made 6 starts and surrendered 21 hits in 39.1 innings. He struck out 45 and walked 12. This year, Klontz has 5 wins and 2 losses and a 2.75 ERA. |
