Koehler Nabs BC Weekly Award Monday, July 15th , 2080 A battle-tested Tyler Koehler declared war on opposing pitchers last week, attacking the ball like the well-schooled veteran he is. Today the 33-year-old Jersey City second baseman collected the Beta Conference Player of the Week Award. He wrapped up the week with a .500 average, 11 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Batting .299 to date, Koehler has 11 home runs and 42 RBIs. |
