Drummers Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, August 21st , 2084 Postseason baseball won't be coming to Huntington Beach this year. The quest for the playoffs ended for the Huntington Beach Drummers today, as they were mathematically eliminated from contention. "Not the first time I've experienced this," said Drummers manager , "but it never gets fun." This is the club's 62nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2022. In total, the Drummers have missed the playoffs 90 times in their 95-year history. |
