BC Player of the Week Selected Monday, June 4th , 2085 Beta Conference pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Pero Larini, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .375 for the week to win the BC Player of the Week Award. The Worcester catcher cracked 9 hits in 24 at-bats, 4 home runs, drove in 7 runs and scored 6 times. At the moment, Larini is hitting .272 with 12 home runs and 31 RBIs.
