"He's scary good when he's swinging the bat like that," said Ames Lake skipper . Indeed, Cash put up some "scary good" numbers: three homers, 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 3 runs and 4 RBIs. "I'm just thinkin' about winning ballgames," Cash said. "When you think about home runs, you very seldom get 'em." Greg Cash hit a two-run home run off Ivan Mercado in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Ivan Mercado in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Allen Castillo in the 8th. So far this year, Cash is hitting .295 with 14 home runs. |
