Lamoine's Robertson Out 16 Months Sunday, June 16th , 2086 When Mark Robertson was hurt against the Henderson Terrors, the Lamoine Shockwave were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 22-year-old starting pitcher suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Robertson would miss 16 months of the season. Up to now Robertson has recorded a record of 2-5. In 11 starts he has fanned 17 batters in 56 innings with a 3.21 ERA. |
