Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Anchorage Friday, July 5th , 2086 In the middle of a disastrous season, it would be understandable if Anchorage Longbows fans had already started to turn their attention to next year. Doubly so as of today, as the Longbows have now been officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Longbows have missed the playoffs 86 times in their 97 years as a RSL Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 71st in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2015. Anchorage last won the League Championship in 2015. |
