Ruzicka Gone for Season in Oceanside Thursday, July 25th , 2080 Jeremy Ruzicka will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Oceanside second baseman could miss the remainder of the year. Ruzicka was injured while running the bases in the Barnstormers-Reds clash at Reds Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a torn back muscle and would be out a minimum of 4 months. Ruzicka is swinging at a .339 pace on the year with 1 home run, 2 RBIs and 7 runs scored. He has played in 19 games. |
