Postseason Bid Ends for Sudbury Thursday, August 8th , 2080 It's back to the drawing board for the Sudbury Astronauts. The club's efforts at building a championship contender fell short this year, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Before this season, the Astronauts last missed the playoffs in 2078. In the 69 years they have been a RSL Double A franchise, they have made the playoffs 6 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Astronauts have missed the playoffs 8 times. Sudbury last won the League Championship in 2077. |
