Explorers Linares Down with Injury Saturday, June 16th , 2085 Dave Linares had to leave the Explorers game against Murfreesboro after suffering a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. He will be out of the lineup at least 11 months. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." To this point in the season, Linares shows a 3-4 record, 13 starts, 70.2 innings, 43 strikeouts and a 5.22 ERA. |
