Blackbirds Buried - Out of Playoffs Sunday, July 8th , 2085 A bad season for the Shreveport Blackbirds isn't going to end with a miracle turnaround. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. The Blackbirds have missed the playoffs 95 times in their 96 years as a RSL Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 52nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2033. |
