Red-Hot Kramb Scorches Bruisers Sunday, June 2nd , 2086 It was almost a perfect day for Bryan Kramb. The Victoria center fielder displayed a hot bat, enjoying an outstanding 5-hit day, but something was missing: The Seals lost to the Glendale Bruisers, 3-2. Kramb told BNN reporters after the game that luck was "fickle." Victoria manager told the beat writers otherwise. "There was no luck today," the skipper said. "He got 5 hits because he has a solid approach to hitting and he put it all together, and we lost because the rest of us didn't put it together so well." Bryan Kramb singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th. This year, Kramb is hitting .400 with no home runs and 3 RBIs in 7 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .455 with 1 walk and 4 runs scored. View Boxscore |
