BC Star of the Week Chosen Monday, June 1st , 2076 Paradise Gecko fans are celebrating Edgar Curiel's selection as Beta Conference Player of the Week. Curiel put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 7 hits in 14 at-bats. The 21-year-old catcher hit .500, drove in 4 runs, scored 4 times and hit 2 home runs. For the season Curiel has hit .242 with 3 home runs and 16 RBIs. He has played in 41 games and scored 16 times. |
