Moreno Gone for Season in Shreveport Tuesday, July 30th , 2080 The season is ending on a bad note for Mario Moreno, starting pitcher for the Shreveport Blackbirds. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Moreno was hurt against the St. Louis Hammers while throwing a pitch.
