Cheng-en Cong Nabs Prestigious Outstanding Pitcher Award Wednesday, September 13th , 2084 When the name of Cheng-en Cong appeared on the Madison lineup card in 2084, it was a virtual guarantee of a victory or at least a well-pitched game.
