Gecko Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, August 13th , 2076 Looking at the bigger picture, Tadeu Carneira of the Paradise Gecko said he's excited for what's to come in the years ahead for his squad. But in the present, he said, the club is quite disappointed with the realization today that they are now mathematically out of playoff contention for the 2076 season. Paradise last appeared in the postseason in 2073. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 31 times in their 32 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Gecko have only made the playoffs once. |
