No Late-Season Magic Coming: Victoria Out of Playoffs Saturday, August 15th , 2076 Members of the Victoria Seals sat in stunned silence in their clubhouse, adjusting to the knowledge that they had lost their chance for a playoff berth this year. "We really thought we had the team to get into the playoffs," said starting pitcher Dennis Donoho. Before this season, the Seals last missed the playoffs in 2074. In the 87 years they have been a RSL Single A franchise, they have missed the playoffs 77 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Seals have made the playoffs 2 times. Victoria has won the League Championship 3 times in their history. |
